Purple Rain

We add healthy amounts of Mosaic Hops throughout the brewing process and then ferment with one of our favourite hybrid yeasts, Jotunn from Escarpment Laboratories (think farmhouse meet skveik), which offers a fruity and spicy profile. We then condition this beer with butterfly pea flower to give it a unique twist and appearance.
