Our Inaugural Lagered Ale was brewed specially for the wedding of two valued members of our team. This beer was so well received, we decided to keep it on the rotation permanently; with a name that suits its brilliant appearance, and is also a reflection of the symbols of their commitment. Our interpretation of the traditional beer of Cologne, Germany. This hybrid style is first top fermented (like an ale) and cold conditioned (like a lager) which results in a clean, crisp and refreshing beer. Fermented with Escarpment Labs' Kolsch strain, it will keep you coming back for another.
