The Mosaic Blonde

A refreshing, crisp blonde ale that boasts an initially malty, sweet flavour and a mix of citrus and tropical fruit flavours and aroma. This beer is an older relative to our extremely popular Koselig; same base recipe but fermented with a clean American ale yeast.
