Ray of Sunshine

A hop forward Saison that uses a variety of base malts, including Spelt Malt which offers hints of hazelnut aromas and biscuit flavors. Solely hopped with Mosaic hops and fermented with our favorite hybrid yeast, JÖTUNN, which results in a fruit forward, dry finish and slightly peppery Saison.
