Colour Blind

A crisp and refreshing beer that traditionally combines the best of two distinct styles, American IPA and the wheat based Belgian Wit. This beer offers citrus aromas provided by carefully selected hops as well as dried orange peel and fresh cracked Indian coriander. This compliments the fruit and spice esters of the yeast. We chose to warm ferment this beer with one of our French Saison yeasts to mix things up.
