Sundown

A light to medium bodied Saison fermented with "Spooky Saison" yeast from Escarpment Laboratories. This unique strain produces balanced Saison characteristics with notes of pepper and soft orchard fruit. A carefully selected grain bill is used to compliment the characteristics of the yeast and to provide complexity without overdoing it. Coming in at a higher ABV of 7%, this beer is bright and crisp and packs a punch.
