Touch of Grey
Grissette
ABV 4%IBU 43
Description
Described as the cousin to the Saison, the Grisette was brewed for the miners ⛏ of the Hainaut Province in Belgiuum. Don’t let the haze fool you, this beer is very dry, fresh and bright and owes its appearance and mouthfeel to a generous amount of malted wheat and flakes oats. Brewed solely with Czech hops (Saaz, Premiant and Sladek) gives subtle complexity to the hop profile. 'Touch of Grey' is as much a favorite old song as it is a nod to the simple dress of the brewers themselves. Coming in at 4% and 43 IBU this beer is a necessity for your patio this summer. ☀️
