The Girls Made It

This beer was brewed in collaboration with The Witchcraft Beer Society for International Women's Day, on March 8 2023. 'The Girls Made It' is a classic Belgian style which uses a blend of dry Belgian ale yeast and our favorite French Saison yeast. Dry hibiscus flower was added to the whirlpool which leads to a rose rue and a tart earthy flavor. The beer was fermented warm to provide spice, pepper and an explosion of esters. This beer is light bodied with a nice dry finish.
