Description
An American IPA with assertive bitterness that finishes dry. A classic combination of Simcoe and Amarillo hops are used in the boil to provide citrusy and fruity characteristics, along with notes of earthy, piney and floral flavors and aromas. This beer is solely dry hopped with Citra hops. The malt Bill provides a soft mouthfeel and just enough complexity, body, and mouthfeel to compliment the aroma and flavor. Grapefruit and orange peel are also used to compliment the hop flavors and aromas.
