Description
Historically, table beer was a drink for everyone at the table, most prominent in Belgium and France. Modern table beers have a tendency to lean towards a saison. This is a bright and crisp thirst quencher with a light body that comes in at 3.6% ABV and 15 IBU. The Brightside was also brewed with fresh grated ginger, coriander, and dried orange peel. We fermented with our favorite saison yeast to yield notes of pepper and spice.
