Description
The Sauvin Saison is a complex beer created with multiple base grains and fermented warm with two different types of Belgian Saison yeast. These two strains compliment each other well and combine to produce subtle clove and spice flavors & aroma with a hint of bubble gum. Hopped solely with Nelson Sauvin Hops which contribute fruit and white wine aromas.
