Courage

This Black IPA is equally hoppy and complex. Courage has been crafted from carefully selected dark roasted specialty malts to add coffee and chocolate flavours giving a mild, roasted aftertaste. Adding roasted caramel malt, made from rye, leads to typical rye flavours, and aromas of bread, coffee, dark chocolate and dried fruit. To compliment the complexity of the grain bill, this beer is generously hopped with Citra and Amarillo Hops leading to intense citrus aroma and flavour.
